2 cups cooked garbanzo beans (or try substituting raw zucchini for beans)

1-2 cloves garlic

1 tsp sea salt

Juice of 1-2 lemons or to taste

¼ cup parsley

Olive oil, to desired consistency

Put everything in a food processor and blend until smooth. Eat on crackers, bread, rolled in a lettuce leaf or with vegetables.
