Adapted from a recipe from Raw Food/ Real World

Chocolate or Blonde, makes 24-36 macaroons.
        3 cups dried, unsweetened coconut flakes
        1 ½ cups raw carob powder
        1 cup grade B maple syrup
        1/3 cup coconut butter
        1 T vanilla extract
        ½ t Celtic sea salt

1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well to combine.
        2. Use your hands to make balls of dough. Refrigerate or eat as is.
